They need another espresso/coffee machine to make the specialty coffees and more staff. I haven?t been here in a while and 8-9am... is the worse time at Peet?s. I waited 25-30 minutes for my coffee. I know this because I finished eating my pastry and Ichecked the time from ordering coffee till I had the coffee in my hand. I should of ordered just plain black coffee instead.Come to Peet?s when you are not in a rush to go to work or if there?s ever a time they are slow during the day. The people I was with wanted me to try this place. I was nearly burned by how hot the coffee was, once it finally cooled the... beans were obviously burnt by the taste. I cannot believe how bad my simple Mocha was made, I picked it specifically because itis an easy starter drink for new places. Read more
So the coffee is burnt and sour to the level that it is not drinkable. The restroom has a sign that it's closed to the public... while it's perfectly fine. When I asked for a cup of water for my 6 years old son, I was given a hard time because apparentlythere is a separate charge now for a water cup, either for a water or just for a cup. Some kind of nonsense. The staff was rudeand tried to make me ashamed of asking for a cup of water. Read more

Best coffee. I usually order their coffee beans online, finally got a chance to stop and grab a fresh coffee. Ordered a French... vanilla latte with extra espresso. It smells and tastes like heaven. I usually have other coffee places put less sweetener buttheirs is dead perfect and damn good. Tables outside were full due to indoors is closed so I took mine for a field trip to thepark. Read more
Friendly baristas. A plethora of tables both inside and outside. Lots of work space. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to... Wells Fargo, Safeway, Armadillo Willy BBQ, Amici pizza and a yogurt place. Across the street is a nice playground with a waterarea for kids to play called Emerald Glen Park. Dublin Farmer's market is opened every Thursday from 4-8pm in the park too. Read more
The staff at this Peet?s Coffee location are always super friendly and service is usually quick. Would recommend giving their... holiday flavors a try... pumpkin spice latte hits the spot. There?s a solid amount of indoor and outdoor seating at thislocation. Biggest drawback IMO is parking which is par for the course at this shopping center. Read more
Ordered a iced matcha latte. Waited 25+ minutes for this order. At that point could have bought all the ingredients and made it... at home myself!
