This was my second time picking up food that was incorrect. Previously I ordered chicken wings with the phone app, along with... other items. There was a choice of spicy or mild. I requested mild, but received spicy. The second order I called on the phoneso there would be no confusion. I asked for the vegetarian pizza with artichoke hearts, since I couldn't remember the name.There are two kinds. I didn't think I would have to pull up the menu since I was in my car and I described the type of pizza Iwanted. I wouldn't normally bother with this review, but both orders were to share with my mom who is in hospice. She can't eatspicy food, or pizza with a "zesty" tomato sauce base in her condition. I would also normally bring the food back and have themcorrect it, but I live 1.5 hours drive away from Dublin, and only have limited time with my mom before driving back. I have beento this location many times and have never been disappointed in the quality or orders. I guess it's time to let this place go. Read more
Didn't have my favorite pizza and the one I wanted ordered.was a flat bread with chicken and veggies and it was very good.

I?ve been ordering from round table for the past years and this Dublin Amador location is the worst! Brian has the worst... customer service! I will never order from this location again! I called at 8:42 to order a small pizza for pick up and he toldme they were closing early! First of all, it?s Friday and your hours says to 9:30pm! You being low on staff sounds like apersonal problem not a customers problem! Also last week I order $60 dollars worth of food and my pizza hand no meat! If I couldrate 0 stars I would! Upon arriving to pick up my order I noticed that I was missing toppings. After alerting the employee (Brian G) of the problem... he suggested giving me the toppings separately(never heard of this but okay). He then proceeded to touch the computer screen,Place a phone call and then wipe his hands on his pants and head over to deal with my food without sanitizing or washing hishands. I immediately asked him why he didn't clean his hands before touching the food and his reply was, " I was just going touse the tongs". Upon asking for a refund the employee denied my refund and said he would just have to make me another pizza nowand I would have to call back in the morning for a refund. I took the pizza as leverage to receive my refund the next morningand Upon calling back the next morning and alerting the manager what had happened, she stated that she doesn't allow them togive refund and attempted to offer me a free medium pizza instead, Why would i want another pizza from here after what i witnessthe night prior? I told her i would just like a refund and she first agreed to such. Ten minutes pass and she calls me back andsays I was illegible for a refund because the food left the building ( I still had the whole pizza at home and was willing totake it back). Due to our current circumstances in a global pandemic I assumed general hygiene was the top priority in keepingpeople safe but apparently this business seems to feel different. Please reevaluate your hygiene standards and refund policy'shad I been giving a refund at the time of pick up the pizza would have never left. Read more
