Never a problem with my service or order! Always great!
I'd like to address the fact that this Starbucks has to be one of the only store that stays open until 9pm in this neck of the... woods (in fact, it may be the only one). When it's late and I'm craving something from Starbucks, I'll take a nice drive down580 and arrive at their drive-thru where I am welcomed jovially. I really haven't had a poor experience at this Starbucks,their staff are incredibly friendly and their drink making skills are top notch. I like to switch it up when I am drinkingcoffee or tea and the baristas nail the drink no matter what I order. Whether it be a vanilla latte (simple) or a chai tea withlight and vanilla sweat cream cold foam on top, the drinks come out perfect. I highly recommend you swing through their area andsay hello. You'll certainly get a wave, smile, and hello back! And again, I'm going to mention... they are open later thanother Starbucks in the area! Read more
Good store, we stopped by to get coffee and butter croissant. The service is okayish, you would have to wait for a phone order... as they are usually busy. Also, I didn?t like that my coffee took longer to be made while the warmed croissant was sitting thereand it turned cold by the time coffee was ready, they need to improve their service. Read more
Ordered an almond milk frap latte. Asked for it hot. Twice now they have given it cold. This time the ice was frozen solid like... an iceberg inside my coffee. It was basically like drinking diluted coffee because there was so much ice that had melted intowater. Please, I just want warm coffee during the winter time, not a rerun of the Titanic inside my poor drink. Read more
I give place 4 stars, but on Holidays like Christmas or New Years it's 2 star service. Be aware that other Starbucks may turn... off their mobile ordering and this store may get orders. TIP: Do not use mobile ordering at a popular or busy Starbucks storeduring holidays ie Jan 1 or Dec 25....etc...be prepared to pick up your mobile orders late between 15-45 minutes to get yourorder, I really noticed this location process walk-ups first than mobile orders and I'm not the only patron to notice that dayJan 1, 2022. Got there 10 mins before closing. After waiting in a long drive through line, we finally got to the front and they refused to... serve us. They wouldn't even open the window to say they were closed! They just looked through the window (no eye contact) andgave a throat slashing "it's over" sign. No warning or announcement. So bizarre. We want our 15 minutes back! ???? Read more
The best Starbucks i have ever been to. The place is clean. The workers are very nice. They didn't scream at me because went i... went back for 5 seconds to grab a straw. And i have noticed that all the other starbucks barely put any caramel syrup on mycaramel ribbon crunch and they never put the crunchy stuff on it but this one did. if this place wasn't a starbucks i wouldprobably only give it four stars but after all of the bad experiences i have had with other starbucks i am giving them 5 stars Read more
The Starbucks that made us start making coffee at home so we?d stop wasting money on a coffee that took way too long to make and... tasted terrible. Record timing for 2 drinks here was 40 minutes. Staff lets you know they don?t want to remake drinks by theirattitude and if they ask what?s wrong with it they say ?well it?s in there? or they just take it, remake it and don?t sayanything. When you spend 5.75 for a medium espresso drink, it should at least taste good enough to drink. I gave up on coffeedrinks and started getting an iced green tea lemonade and they always forgot to add the dang lemonade (which is a $1 extra) soof course I would ask to get it added and I?d get the same blank look and silence. Why I kept giving it a chance? is bc theywere 3 minutes from my house for 3 years. We moved closer to the one on martinelli and started going here and drinks are waybetter (they also forget the lemonade often though haha) but this team is way nicer and appear happier. Anyway, tried this placeout again tonight after 5 years of bad experiences and yet again drinks took way too long, our iced coffees literally had no icein them (look at picture this is an iced doppio) and we waited inside so they didn?t melt. Place was dead, workers still appearmiserable and they worked so slow for how dead it was. Highly recommend Starbucks give this team an extra training on customerservice and drink making because being this bad for so long will only bring your sales down.
