November 2022: 5 Stars ! Here is why: o Been a Long time customer at this location. o Knew that visiting during lunch... time was going to be challenging. o Loving the newly updated layout. Here are my FAVES (favorites) F - Fresh meat and HOT ! - Ordered the Pastrami Reuben with S on the side. A - Accessibility. The new layout is ADA-accessible. Look at the height of theordering kiosks. No more high counter top. . . Wonderful : my family, friends, and colleagues will really appreciate thisrevamped look. V - Value is on point! I ordered the Large and had to save the other half to eat later (picture). E - Extras. Icustomized the toppings and they gladly placed the sauerkraut on the side. . . and held the 1000 Island dressing S - Staff: Speed of Service: Excellent teamwork with beautiful coordination on the sandwich assembly line ( Henry F. would be proud !) Why closed at 7:30 when sign says open until 8:30? I guess I should have known because the sign was turned off. :(
I walk in, there?s a sign on the door saying only Parmesan and white bread. I see wheat bread in the case, and ask. I am told... it?s only for online orders. Seriously? I get punished for actually coming into the store for a sandwich? That is some horriblecustomer service. The renovated store looks nice, but I won?t be back here if I can?t order in store where I can actually addextra toppings, and get the bread that I actually want. All of the Togos seem to be closing up, but luckily this one is seemingly thriving. The cold roast beef with extra pepperocinis... is my favorite sandwich, it's delightful. Read more
Sandwich and wrap place. I tried the wraps. Great vegetarian options. California and Greek hummus wraps are delicious. Al... American style sandwiches. Good ambience. The service was slow. But cashier and server could be more courteous especially whentheir customers are waiting for 15 mins for their turn. No outdoor sitting. Food is fresh and tastes good. Read more
