Best donuts I?ve had from Dunkin. Great service. Drinks were delicious and our brunch hit the spot!
Horrible? came through the drive through? waited 5 minutes no one said anything? went to the window and a girl looked straight... at me and ignored me at the window so I went inside where I watched her take multiple orders from others in the drive throughwile I waited inside while she continued to play with her co-workers rather than actually work. Didn?t help my trip and Iwaited a whole hour to stop at this exit JUST for Dunkin. I?ll know next time to just go to a Starbucks? Read more

Absolute WORST customer service EVER! Walked in with a coworker at 06:15 hours Saturday 4/2/22. One girl was working and... handling a drive through order. She walked back and forth gathering the drive through order, looked straight at me three timesand NEVER said a word! After the fourth time of looking at me and not saying a word we walked out and went to the convivencestore next door. The clerk at the convivence store said that they hear complaints all of the time about the lack of customerservice at Dunkin Donuts. AVOID this store at all costs! Read more
Avoid this place. Like all other comments. Staff is very rude . Taking orders and not completing orders. When we mentioned that... they were not polite they said they didn't care. Other customers also stated that this is a rude place. 27th Feb 2022 4pm .Let's see if management fixes the issues. Seems many comment mention time of day. So there should be no excuse for this. The speaker didnt work so they had us come to the window. She told us our total and we said we were not done ordering. Tried to... order food, but they said they were completely out of food. Asked for a strawberry donut and they said they were out of alldonuts except one. Got my drink "chai tea latte" and it tasted like old warm milk. I would not recommend this location toanyone. Im disappointed i wasted my money and time on our vacation stopping here. Read more
