Rude service. The person who was calling out names for orders was just saying my name was weird and was complaining about the... pronunciation & spelling of it to his coworker. He said he wasn?t even going to call it out because of it until his coworkerpronounced it for him. Never had that happen to me, he was just completely being rude about it and saying loud unnecessarythings as I was sitting literally right in-front of him. Don?t think i?d return just for that experience. I seriously would?vebeen okay if he had pronounced it wrong, but he had to say all this extra stuff about it. Read more

We called in an order to be picked up and left specific instructions on how to make the food as well as what drinks we wanted... and chips. When my daughter went to pick up the order she noticed there was not any tea made. We ordered three large teas in ourorder. It was 7:15 at this point. They close at 9:00. We also paid $65.00 for food. The employee told her they would not makeanymore tea because they probably wouldn?t sell it before they closed. I then called the store and explained that we would nothave came if we knew they would not make tea and asked her to make the tea since they had almost 2 hours before they closed. Shetold me she would with an attitude. When my daughter came home we noticed that they did not have any of the chips in the bag andthey put condiments incorrectly on all the sandwiches. I never leave bad reviews but could not let this pass. Something needs tochange at this store. Read more
