It had a musky moldy wet smell. There was a wet vacuum in a booth across from us & a TV, filter & cleanee bottle in the booth... down from us. The wall had water damage, the windows had not been cleaned in a long time. There wasn't many in the resturant,but the floors had food under the table & the kitchen floor we saw on the way to our table had food on it. There was 4 rugsrolled up in the floor (I alerted my family to go around them so no one fell). They were out of ordinary items, (salad dressing& dipping sauces they usually have) we wanted & the food was fair tasting. The server was good & doing her best. Read more
We we're seated by the kitchen entrance/ exit, could here all the staff hollering at each other. I ordered the butterfly shrimp... with a add on of shrimp scampi. They no longer have a shrimp scampi meals ,and the scampi is what I really wanted. I got myfried shrimp and my husband also received his food, well part of it. Waitress rushed off quickly and waited for her to returnbut she didn't. Had to get her attention away from another table to ask about the rest of our meal. My shrimp she forgot aboutand said" on that must be what's in window waiting " . My husband also was waiting on his fish from his meal which they forgotto put on his plate. She brought his fish but not my scampi. She finally brought the scampi after we were through eating! Had ittaken off ticket ,so upset. She got mad and huffed and stomped off. Food is always good; however when its busy the Shrimp L. Alfredo made in large quantity's the shrimp taste itself doesn't come... through... I assume water from the noodles due to mass production washes out the shrimps seasoning; but everything else foodand drink wise is perfection!!! ???????? Read more
If I was able to give 00000 stars I would. This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. The management team is horrible.... The way they interact with their employees in front of guest is unacceptable. I would never refer anyone to work for thiscompany or store. The food was horrible and cold. Everything I asked for they didn’t have. My server was great!! The managerAliesha or however you spell it is not a manager that should be managing any store for that matter. Her deliverance is like shedidn’t want to be there. I would rather travel to another town to go to red lobster. I will be contacting the corporate officeto make a formal complaint. We stood for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Everyone waiting wpunderfhad the seater gone out forvlumcyWe waited over 20... minutes for our food. Our waiter made up for the fact that they are slower than pond water by not getting our order messed up!The food was very good. Read more
Horrible experience. Every thing we asked for they didn't have it. When did get the food we didn't want it was hard and not... cooked enough. I specifically asked for it to be cooked soft. It did not happen. Hard as a rock. $45 bucks down the drain. Neveragain. I wish they told us before we sat down we don't have nothing. Give me the option to choose. Read more
