When Ruby Tuesday's get the order right, the food is usually good. My last visit I asked for a medium rare steak and it was... nearly raw. The only thing I suggest is maybe 1 or 2 servers coming to my table. Having 5 different people stop at my tablemakes it difficult to tip. Read more
The staff was wonderful. The service was impeccable. The food however was overpriced and absolutely horrible. The chicken... parmesan had pasta that tasted and smelled like canned chef boyardee. The chicken parmesan sandwich had two pitiful slices fromhalf of a chicken breast with a cheap amount of their sauce. The triple pork sandwich looked like they took all theirleftovers and piled it on an open bun. It was way too spicy and horribly overcooked. All of this and everything was over pricedas well. Food was perfect, but the service not so much! The salad bar was clean and well stocked. I was impressed the salad bar... attendant was cleaning and restocking the bar every time I passed by. I ordered the grilled salmon with rice pilaf andzucchini. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. I wish there was a way to ratefood and service separately because I hated giving the restaurant a three, but the service was awful. We were sat in the sectionin front of the door so every time it opened a cold chill came in. When the server came to the table my aunt made the commentthat it would be nice to sit in a corner since we had three kids with us and that way we wouldn?t be right up under otherpeople. The server had the audacity to tell my aunt that when she takes her kids to a restaurant she doesn?t get to pick wherethey sit. We did not reply to her comment and just stayed in that spot. Also when I ordered my 6 year old daughters?s food Irequested ranch in place of honey mustard, but it had honey mustard when it came out and that was no problem at the time I justrequested ranch again. Great service and decent food, but the dining room and restrooms were old and outdated. Even my booth cushion was worn out, as... in flat and the wood was digging in the back of my legs. Walls were a little gross too!! Nice salad bar though! Read more

I keep coming here because the food is decent and some of the staff are really friendly and i can walk from my hotel. The owner... needs to step up though and do some updating. The staff does their best but the place feels dirty. Carpet is peeling up,dishwasher needs replacing (always leaves residue and bits of stuff behind on glasses, i get bottle beer now), wallpaper fromthe 80's and peeling up, tiles are yellow, bar is worn out, fruit flies and regular flies all over, scared of what the tap lineslook like... Put some money back in and it might survive. Read more
