Great food as usual. Service was friendly and efficient as usual. The issue was a bad choice of music and music volume. I'm... hoping this was a one time mistake. The language in the lyrics wasn't appropriate for some adults but definitely not for thesmall children. The music was shut down immediately after a dad spoke up. Again hoping this will never happen again. SorrySurcheros I have to give an honest realistic review. That honesty includes recommending people go in and enjoy your good food. Read more
Tried for the first time for a lunch I was delivering for a client. Placed & paid for the order two days prior. My order had... gotten misplaced or forgotten, so wasn't ready when I got there. Frustrating, but I was very impressed with the way it washandled. The young lady who appeared to be in charge at the moment quickly found the problem, got my order put together, apologized, and had her manager on the phone apologize. They had me out the door in 10 minutes. They, and she, did a great jobovercoming an error. And the food was fantastic, and serving sizes large. Will definitely give them another shot! Read more
Literally store is dirty. Tables are never wiped and floors are nasty. Servers are fantastic but the dinner room needs some work... done. Read more
I had a salad. They went pretty limited on the lettuce making for a pretty small $10 salad. The food was mostly fresh tasting... and the chicken tasted good. The staff seemed like they were in a bit of a daze. Just kinda looking off into nowhere waitingfor me to speak first I suppose. Then when I asked if they had salad dressing, I got a blank stare, you know salad dressing, formy salad. Then it clicked what I was asking for and I got a packet of the only kind they had, ranch. The cashier was nice andfriendly. The tables and floor in the dining room where mostly dirty from previous customers. But again, the food tasted good. Read more
Don't order extra extra ranch online. They won't do it and won't call you and let you know they won't do it. Then, They won't... give it to you initially and you expect your food is as you ordered, so you drive back, find out your order is wrong (again) andcall them and they tell you you can come back to the store to get the extra ranch you ordered. You wait 20 mins only for themto charge you 79 cents per ounce and you get home with not enough ranch to cover your 3 burrito bowls you ordered initially andyou spent about 4 dollars hoping its enough. At this point you wasted an hour of your time and you get home again with foodyour not happy with. I'm venting, but they used to have better service. It seems every time I order online they get thesomething wrong. There were so many opportunities to get this right. We have been long time surcheros customers but this isthe last straw on incorrect orders. We won't be returning. Read more
Decent place to eat lunch at for a fresh and healthy meal....I read a review thats said it was better than Chipotle before I... tried it and that person has to either be affiliated with this place or delusional bc it's far from being better than thesignature flavors of Chipotle...This place holds its own tho especially with it having a drive-tru window. I will definitely begoing back when I'm in the area...The staff were all really cool and the look of the place is modern, simple and clean! Read more
