Service was 5* easily. The waitress - Faith- was energetic, happy, and super fun. Kept glasses filled and pretty much kept... ahead of our needs. Occasionally missed an item we asked for, but we were a party of 13 people. I'm impressed she rememberedall the drink orders and many people had water and something else! The bar where you build your bowl was exceptionally dirtywhen we arrived. Sauces were spilled all over the counter and several sauce cups were dirty inside even though they were on theclean stack. Food was a little low, but they were actively filling them so nothing wrong with that. * This time the counterwas relatively clean (a raw egg was in a tub of sauce, sauces were dribbled all over, some food bins were low, but not too low). The grill was rough. A lot of food came back burned and yet also with cold spots (one still frozen potato slice and the otheritems on the plate were burned, like it had never been stirred or tossed or anything). In addition, once they tossed the sauceon it, they didn't stir it. People who added dry spices to their sauce mix had all the dry powder in one spot and nothinganywhere else. They are still following the "drop your bowl off and go to the table to wait" that started during the pandemicinstead of standing around the counter to watch the cooks. I miss watching the cooks, but appreciate the extra care. Maybe ifsomeone still watched the cooks, they would clean the grill and actually mix the food. Very disappointed. That said, theservice was great and I would go again and ask for Faith as my server. She's very good at her job. Read more
We had the absolute best experience! Service was beyond amazing. Chloe was our server and she was superb. On top of drinks,... getting our bowls set up. I especially love the "His" and "Her" notes on our bowl as we were having a date night. The food thatwe had was amazing as always. I’ve been here before but this was an absolutely outstanding visit. Chloe, my server, made sure every time I got up I had a... new bowl waiting. My drink was never even half empty. Typically with this style of restaurant I feel like I have to hurrythrough my food to get my money’s worth. The excellent service made this much more enjoyable Great meal. Eat here. Read more
I thought it was good but it did not blow my mind. The service was good, and I thought the prices were Fair.
Have been 3 different times. Never have had any complaints. Food is really good. Our server was amazing. They have an unlimited... bowl option where you can get as many bowls that you want along with soup and salad. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars isbecause we had an issue this last time. The cook rushed and my brother in law chicken and steak bowl which resulted in rawchicken. They did take it back on the grill and cooked it. He then got another bowl and the same cook rushed and some of thesteak was uncooked. (Uncooked meal is not pictured) Other than this one time, I would still recommend going because the food isreally good and he just had the misfortune of possibly having a new trainee. Read more
Great place where you fill a bowl as much as you can at the buffet style table, select sauces, seasonings, and then watch it be... cooked on a large round grill. They have appetizers and desserts and alcohol as well. Great for gluten free, vegan, vegetarian-you name it! Just make sure to tell the grill that it's veggie so they separate it from cross contamination. Read more
