I love the customer service of this chain, especially this location. I am personally not a fan of the food (quality definitely... does not match the price). Very efficient ordering for drive through.Employees we're pleasant and funny. The order they brought us first wasn't ours and... then he pointed out there were two silver Ford's in a row. The customers are funny. He pulled up and said nice car because wehad the same car. All around amusing experience. Read more
Always an awesome experience for me and the kids here! Foods taste excellent, staff is generally friendly and super helpful.... Drive thru lines move reasonably fast even in peak hours. I just wished they reopen the indoor playground. I have been a regularcustomer. I have experienced minor issues with my orders, and they always handle it professionally and give some kind ofcompensation. Read more

I love Chick-fil-A but today I was extremely disappointed with the service and some of the food. I order a spicy chicken... sandwich and it was burnt. I could not eat it because it was so bad so I order another and it was still very burnt. Then theservice was very bad my friends had ordered drinks but it took them forever to bring them. It seems like Chick-fil-A was moreconcerned with the drive through orders and dispute them having so much staff it felt as if I was in a place that was severelyunderstaffed. Read more
After a nearly two-year closure, as well as a remodel, the Sawmill Chick-fil-A is finally reopen for dine in! Same great service... and friendly atmosphere as before, but the store has been remodeled. There are fewer seats here as compared to before, but thestore looks like, and the food and service were definitely on point. Read more
I have driven the location and seen the crazy lines repeatedly and never understood why until now. This place really is... awesome. So we decided to just do the drive-through today which was incredibly organized with a ton of staff out and as you cansee from the pictures three covered lanes. As you approach the drive-through you?re going to feel almost like you?re at anamusement park with lines or going to a concert of some kind that?s how I organize this place is. There were three linesthrough the drive-through taking your order as fast as the machine ever could. I really expected a very long slow grindingtedious process just from the length of the lines, but with speed and efficiency of this Chick-fil-A machine it was incrediblyimpressive sleep fast. So just to try it, we got a 30 pack of grilled chicken nuggets and a 30 pack of traditional chickennuggets and both were incredibly different but yet equally awesome and flavor texture overall of Deliciousness ness. I have torecommend & say that if you?re on your way anywhere, take a hard right into delicious town -yummy ville, because it will beworth a stop. Read more
My food was cold, and I just wanted them to reheat if possible, but the manager brought newly prepared food by himself and said... his sorry for previous one, however he explained the reason it got cold quick because the tomatoes, cheese and latteuce arealways cold which they use inside the burger. Such a nice person, and I felt bad for what I did. Read more
