Food is great I used to work there shift manger wise its the worst manager wise its only 2 I liked who actually helped the other... employees other than that a complete train wreck but if you like having alcoholic beverages with the shift manager by all meansgo and apply. Read more

We came in on Mother?s Day and witnessed many rude, demanding customers be expertly handled. Moreover, the takeout and dine in... demands were so high and all the employees were still polite, even to people who, frankly, did not deserve to be placated.People are the worst, you guys did a great job. I ordered online at Reynoldsburg Store food to be delivered two days after I ordered it. I accidentally entered the wrong time,... I couldn?t change the time on line so immediately called the store I spoke to (I believe it was Kyle) he said no problem it willbe changed to the correct time. The day of delivery 40 minutes before the incorrect time. I received a text stating that orderis on the way. I immediately called the store and spoke to the store manager John Timms. I explained to him what happened. Hesaid he did not work the day that I called to change the time and it wasn?t his problems and again there is nothing can beendone. All he could do is give re-heating instructions. I did not want to re-heat my food and Having the food around for twohours before my party arrived is ridiculous. When I asked who do I speak with when I have a complaint he said he is the onlyone, Store manager John Simms said there is nothing they can do. Store manager John Timms was rude and unprofessional. Wouldnot recommend this restaurant. When door-dash delivered the food I advised her that the food arrived two hours early. Driverstated that when she went to pick it up the food the employees where talking about the time and she said to them if it?s thewrong time she can come back they said no just take it. This shows that they knew the time was wrong and they didn?t care. Read more

I gave one star based on Service at the Reynoldsburg Ohio location. The manager is awful. I've had 2 horrible encounters with... him. I honestly don't understand why City Barbecue still employees him especially as a manager! If I didn't like the food somuch I'd NEVER return! I really wish there was another location close by. City Barbecue has declined so far that their product is straight up GARBAGE! We have tried to give them chance after chance but... it's obvious they only care about the bottom line. No worries because there won't be a bottom line as they rip off their onceloyal customers. This is across the board, it doesn't matter the location it has the same LOUSY product. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! We placed an online curbside order at the US 31 South (Greenwood) location. The order was placed on Friday, 5/7 to be picked up... on Sunday 5/9 at 1:00 pm. We arrived at 12:50 and were told it would be 35-45 minutes. Again, we call and they said another 10minutes. Needless to say it was 2:30 before we left and no comp, no apology, nothing was done. Once loaded up and finallygetting to destination and lids were not probably on and half the food and juices were all over my vehicle. So let's try againand get food inside. Hopefully, the wait and mess was worth it. No, all the food was cold except the macaroni and cheese. Idid reach out to the Greenwood location and have no heard a single word back from them. We will never eat at this establishmentagain. This was an order that was over $160. So this wasn't just a small order. We had one of our mothers miss the entiremeal as she had to head into work. This was a complete catastrophe and horrible experience. I managed restaurants for yearsand would never allow this to happen and just expect the customers to "deal with it." Read more
