Very frustrated came in to buy an ice cream cake out of the case. No one welcomed me into the store and no one was even any... where to be seen. There was another mom and a daughter sitting there waiting too. I yelled hello because I could hear someone inthe back but no one came out. I stood there for about 10 minutes and still no one came to the front. In my opinion if you areopen and have customers you should have employees on the floor. You have lost a customer. Read more

Great store, a better selection of goods such as Carmel apples and chocolates than the Gahanna store. The help could be more... friendly such as greeting the customers when they walk in. Ice cream was well done and enjoyed by our grandkids. Read more
