Good food but the wait is terrible this place dosen’t know how to work a proper assembly line and make subs and sandwiches... efficiently. I normally love their subs and this location but tonight they stood around watching my sub get cold and one of them almost sat... his butt on it without paying attention and when they finally got around to giving it to me they barely put any toppings on it.If this is the way this location is now running I will be finding a new sub restaurant Read more
Was given some good feedback from friends that this place was a good stop. I'm rating 4 stars for now as they seem like a fairly... basic sub shop with the exception that they make their own buns and I enjoyed their everything bun. Ingredients didn't seem tobe much different than some other places, but I was able to add steak sauce to my roast beef sandwich which isn't a commoncondiment. I'm willing to try them again, and perhaps there's a better sub that can be recommended? Will possibly try a warmsub next time as well. Read more
I love Dibellas subs! I mean how could you not love that bread? Hot, fresh, ample toppings, and great flavor. Always consistent... service. I would suggest though at this location, a better layout for ordering, paying, and waiting. Many were waiting for foodwithout paying yet, since that is the order your line flows. This added to wait times for the pay line. I did not order ahead atnoon on a weekday, and it took roughly 15 minutes to get my food. So prepare accordingly if you are in a rush as you can orderonline and save yourself the wait. We dined in and all enjoyed our food. I'll be back the next time traveling for work, let meknow if you change the logistics of the payment vs wait line, I'd be curious to see how that works for you all as many werecommenting on it! The salad is a total rip off. I've ordered salads from this location many times. What I received today looked like a side salad.... I ordered on DoorDash and the salad I received (for the same price as the salads previously) was smaller than my hand. Seepicture for reference. Not sure if this is a mistake or if this is their new salad size but it's pretty disappointing. Will findsomewhere else to get salads from now on. This is not a $10 salad. Read more
I'm so glad I was introduced to DiBella's. Their ingredients are fresher than the competition in the area, and their bread... always smells and tastes amazing! I highly recommend the Everything bread, the additional spices add a great flavor. I've triedtheir Albacore Tuna, Cheese steak, and their amazing Buffalo Chicken sub (the one that got me hooked to Dibella's originally, Ihighly recommend it!). You get to modify what toppings or add ons you'd like, so I always go crazy with that. I've orderedDibella's several times now and something I've noticed keeps consistently happening; when you're ordering your sandwich onlineand modifying it, you're asked "Would you like to add a side?" which I typically do. However, when I receive my order for theoffice, there's ALWAYS at least 1 side missing. One week it's a pickle($1.79 extra), next week it'll be the potato salad($2.49extra). I'm not sure when this gets picked up by DoorDash if the driver just forgets to grab the sides or whoever is at fault.I'm not sure what I need to do differently on ordering for the sides to get noticed. For starters, Your employee Lynnette runs a tight shot group at this location. I frequent this spot and each and EVERYTIME... I’ve entered this establishment I was more than pleased. From keeping the restaurant clean, to customer service. Even therestrooms were very clean. The fountain station was clean, and free from leftover ice and splashes. I usually don’t bring mychild with me, this time I did. My child was super happy upon first bite and said, “daddy, that actually is pretty good”. I knew I had a winning sandwich as my child is hard to please. My subs are always made to perfection and I’m overallimpressed with prompt service, and how they pay attention to detail and never get my order wrong. If I dropped my food on thetable , I’m so satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the establishment, that I’d pick it up and eat it! If you arelooking for a great sub parlor, this is your place.
