Service was on point, super quick. Food was absolutely amazing, cooked & served perfectly. The restaurant is so beautiful with... so many different items on display. My partner and I got Sake(salmon) Sushi & Squid Katsu(calamari) as appetizers that came outgreat!! As well as Hot Sake & their Flaming Volcano bowl for drinks & some really delicious Hibachi. Good for a quick lunch! The service was nice and quick. I went there during the lunch time, the price was good, the whole thing... for $11. They gave a lot of rice! (I love that) the salad was good but my whole thing to get Salmon teriyaki which I don't thinkit was teriyaki. The fish was a little fishy tho. I was there with my wife and 3 daughters. Chef clearly was in a hurry or didn’t know what he was doing. Just dumped a bowl of... rice onto the griddle. No tricks, no fire, no jokes and acted as if he didn’t desire to be there at all. Saturated everythingin soy sauce to where you couldn’t eat it at all. My wife and I ordered tuna (this was suppose to be sushi grade). It was notsushi grade and It was frozen. The chef said he had to cook it well done because it was frozen and then dumped even more soysauce all over everything and causing a burnt soy crust all over the steaks, chicken, shrimp and tuna. The steaks were alsofrozen. It was gross. When speaking to the manager (who was also the bartender up front) he didn’t care at all to even listento what was going on and walked away. When going to the bathroom- no soap and urine was all over the floor by the urinals. Ifthis is how dirty there bathroom is I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. After realizing none of this was going tobe fixed I ask for the bill and I paid $260 for food and also left a tip for the waiter. We didn’t eat the food and left itall on the table. We got up and left. This place use to be a well known hibachi called a different name 3 years ago that wasgood but clearly it’s went completely down hill. I’ve been to hibachis all over the country. Let me pre-face by saying, I did call the restaurant on Wednesday January 5th and left a message for the Manager to contact... me. This wasn’t my first visit to this location so I wasn’t expecting to have a negative experience. We have the hibachicombo for two. You are able to pick three types of meat. We picked steak, shrimp and lobster. Oh my we were having so much funwatching the cook prepare our food. We had soup and salad too. We finally get to the part where all of our food is done and Ibegin to eat my food. I took a bite of the shrimp and steak, they were cooked to perfection. Next up, I try the lobster… Itook a bite and it tasted weird. So I took another bite and it had a weird taste still. We packed our food up and the staff cameto sing happy birthday for another patron and I. It was right after the singing was done, I began to experience a major headacheto the point I couldn’t keep my head up. The room began to spin and my stomach pain was excruciating. I made it to theparking lot where I could no longer hold onto my food. Due to the pain in my stomach and my head, I ended spending most of thenight in the Emergency room with food poisoning. Really good place to eat! There are hibachi tables and regular tables. I ordered sake, miso soup, rainbow roll, spicy salmon... roll, and happy dragon roll and all of them were great! The place is beautiful and also offers delivery and takeout. Staff wasfriendly and nice and provided a good service. Definitely will visit this place again soon. Read more
