Ongoing problem with raw, under-cooked quarter pounder meat patties during busy times. Management has been repeatedly called... and warned. Telling your staff to pull meat from the clamshell grills early "because we're busy" is a Mangement and Trainingproblem, and soon it will become a liability problem for this store. Went inside and no one would take my order. I was told to use kiosk or drive through very rudely ,while they stood there doing... nothing. I thought the kiosk was for the customers convenience, not the employees. I could see it if they were shirt handed .They obviously wasn't when they stood there doing nothing. ???? Read more

Used drive-through at lunchtime. There were a few cars ahead of me, but the line moved quickly. The staff was friendly and fast.... The quarter pounder with cheese was hot, fresh and delicious, as were the fries. Coke was ice cold & fresh. Good and fast mealat a reasonable price. Read more

This McDonalds is great! The line goes quickly, they rarely make mistakes on the order, and they always remember the straws! ... Sometimes the line gets long or is awkwardly in the street, but overall it is well run. The GM is active in the community andtreats the employees well. Read more
Today I got the two cheese burger meal and was appalled when I opened one of my burger wrappers. There was a weird white cotton... stringy thing on top of it. This is absolutely unacceptable, how does a mistake like this happen? When food is prepared itshould be done with gloves on a clean surface. My entire order was cold. Fish filet was unedible like it was made at 11am and sat until 3pm. Fries were ice cold and tasted... like they've been sitting for hours. Worst McDonald's experience in my life! Poorly ran location. Read more
