Not sure what this is, some test market concept? Depressing, empty, kiosk ordering/pick up only. Not for lingering or getting... lunch or coffee with people-the whole purpose of Panera. Went in today (8-10-22) around 9:30 am and there were no workers? No Bagels or bread, cookies, literally no food anywhere in... site... the doors unlocked and lights on. I just know I won't be wasting my time coming to thus location again Read more
In the past 3 weeks, this Panera was inexplicably closed 4 different times when I tried to visit to redeem my Unlimited Sip Club... drink subscription. So I just called Panera Corporate to figure out what's going on. Their response was that this is primarily aPanera Catering location, and whenever they have a large catering order, they will close their lobby for the entire day withoutnotice. There's no way for a regular customer like me to know when they'll actually be open, and there's no way for me to redeemmy drink subscription. "I'm sorry but you'll have to drive to a different Panera location" according to Panera Corporate. Soyeah, Google says they're open 7am-3pm on weekdays but that should be with a large asterisk that says "Open 7am-3pm only whenthere aren't any catering orders." Read more
I?ve tried to go here now for about two years and never managed to come here when it?s open. This time they have huge ?now open?... signs out front and in back, but again are closed. There are six delivery vehicles parked in the lot. Maybe spend more on laborand less on SUV delivery vans? Read more
We Always enjoy the soup, sandwiches, chips, fruit, and deserts here. The service was fast. I appreciate that its always clean.
