Started off good when they first opened but now forget half your order almost everytime I go. They'll literally forget half... your order. Def don't door dash them and check your food in the drive through. Paid almost 20 bucks for 5 chicken tenders. Forgot all my sides. Read more

Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and blackened chicken strips. Got told to roll up to the trash can to wait for my order.... Waited 15 minutes in my car before I walked in and was assured that the chicken would be out shortly, honest mistake was made inthe kitchen. That's fine, I understand, and they offer a pie for my troubles. I assure them that's not necessary, I'm just gladthey didn't forget about me. Unfortunately when they finally brought the food out, they had forgotten the spicy chickensandwich. They did put the pie in anyway, and some Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for free, which was a kind gesture, but Iwas mostly there for the sandwich. I didn't feel like waiting again, so I left without comment. The servers were all very kindthe whole time, I think somebody new may have been training there as there was a VERY long line for 2 PM, so I don't think it'san endemic problem with the restaurant, but be wary of visiting near peak hours. You just can't go wrong with Popeyes. This the best atmosphere of any Popeyes I have ever been to.

Okay. So this was my actual first ever visit to any Popeyes location. I will never go back to KFC. Ever. The food is that much... better. I had the two piece combo meal with rice and beans. Dark meat, spicy. Loved it. The service was also excellent. Not asingle complaint. Keep up the great work. Read more

PROS: Food is always fresh here and it's a clean, safe location for anyone to visit! The wait isn't long especially compared to... many of the OTHER locations in Ohio I've tried where I've waited up to an hour just to go thru the drive thru. CON- I've gottenovercooked biscuits once and regular chicken instead of spicy with just a few visits at this location. Every location ive beento in Ohio seems to struggle with having to wait for their chicken sandwiches and also frequent mistakes of them leaving stuffout of order or something incorrect. Read more

So we just tried Popeyes Louisiana chicken for the first time ever in our lives. Overall we give it a good four stars thumbs up.... The location is new very clean and the drive-through receptionist was exceptionally outgoing and positive and I lovethat. This little oasis of chicken is known for its red berms and rice Which we decided to all pass on. With that being saidwe got the 16 piece chicken dinner half being original happening spicy. I got to see my personal preference is the spicy byspicy it just means got some flavor it?s not really hot at all. Although I like the food and it was my first time I?m stillundecided if I continue to try it in the future but if you?re questioning if you should go or not definitely give it a shot. Read more
