Super bummed. I loved when I saw you can order ahead. I work from home so it's more convenient than driving to Sawmill or... Powell. HOWEVER. There is one woman who isn't very friendly. I'm not sure if she's cutting costs or what but I swear she'schanging recipes. When I ask for extra sweet cream there isn't extra, I can tell by the color. The cold brew doesn't taste likecold brew rather just hot brewed coffee over ice. They never have cinnamon. If I order in person the receipt on my app isdifferent and shows modifications. I will say there is a bonde haired gentleman that makes my drinks correctly. But more oftenthan not something is off. Read more
I'd recommend some customer service 101 lessons. And not sure what's wrong with the coffee, tastes odd.. nothing like other... Starbucks. Other than the horrible customer service and gross coffee, it was perfect. Read more
The drinks themselves are fine, but the main lady who typically works does not seem interested in serving customers. She will... ignore people for extended periods, and frequently chats with other Kroger employees while blatantly ignoring people waiting. Read more
I?m giving 3 stars because the guy was there all by himself. He?s probably overworked. He took the order, go make the order,... then take another. It took forever but that?s not his fault. Only thing is my cafe mocha wasn?t sweet at all. Maybe he forgotthe sugar. It didn?t taste good but I still finished it all thinking it wasn?t going to hurt to have less sugar????. Read more
I come to this Starbucks a few times a week because I work in the plaza, all the workers are kind and attentive except for... Nadia. Everytime I come she ignores me and takes her time even after I say goodmorning. She doesn?t wear her mask while makingdrinks, and will watch the other employees struggle when busy to do dishes. She needs to find a new job or do better. Read more
There are a ton of bugs in the pastries box...really gross. Also the employee (Joshua) was super rude and rolled his eyes at me... while I was ordering as well as missing some components of said drink. Edit: on a second visit, the ice machine was broken andbugs were still in the pastry case. Employees also discussed how management is extremely poor and doesn't care for theoperations much.
