I love this store. People are friendly, the store is airy and it's a relaxing atmosphere.
Frantz rd location is a block from my job. They take good care of me there.

Since this location opened recently on my route to work,i've been getting my coffee at drive thru,couple of times my coffee... spilled while im driving and almost got burned because of their lid issue,i believe Starbucks started using cheap supplies anddont even realize its dangerous specially driving with hot coffee and lid doesnt even fit.Luckly the store manager Zac took careof the problem very professionally and seemed to care.Not people but company to blame..!! When this Starbucks opened a few months ago I was thrilled. My 4 yr old daughter and I would ride our bikes there after work. We... did this every few days for the last 6-8 weeks. Now they are inconsistently closed and don't bother even putting their hours up.It was 6:20pm today and they were closed. We've been regularly coming at this time and there have always been other customerstoo. All the other Starbucks who graciously post their hours say at least open till 7pm. Unfortunately this issue is selfperpetuating. We'll no longer ever go to this Starbucks for fear they'll be closed. Really disappointing. I don't feel likethey're giving this neighborhood a fair chance. At least post your hours for your customers. Read more
Awesome look inside as you can see from my pictures very nice wood grain look. They have a nice patio a large parking area... very nice drive thur. The bathrooms ???? are larger even a baby changing station. Only two bathrooms both are unisex. Verywonderful employees. Starbucks made this a very nice place to sit awhile and enjoy food and coffee, tea drinks. Read more
Associates not very knowledgeable. They were adament that they did not have chai tea on the menu even when I pointed at it...... they stated that tgey didn't know why it was there because they did not serve that. This is a new store and clearly additionaltraining is needed. Read more
