This was the worst service i ever got at subway. He was very negative and talked very nasty. The Manager charged me for a sub... i never ordered. He said do not ever come back cause i am not welcome in his Subway. He also said he would refund and thatnever happed Friday 13th. He said some words i never thought i would hear from a restaurant. I went in 1st young lady was great and friendly put my sub in the oven. 2nd young lady get it out starts throwing veggies sloppy... ok whatever. I ask for ranch she puts peppercorn ranch on it because she didn't have ranch. Tells me it's the same like I dontknow. Then offers to take it off how wash it. I could put ranch on it myself at home. No she decided to do whatever she wanted.Waste of time and 4 dollar gas. What is wrong with people? I wish I got the young lady's name who was great. She shouldn't beblamed for the other. The young white lady was wrong. I'm white also so it's not race. The young black american was nice and didgreat. She also said they taste the same then said I like it. Very nice employee working, fresh food for a very affordable price. Super quick service. Disappointed they got rid of the... honey oat bread and soup, but that?s a corporate issue. This is a great and clean subway location. Read more
Ordered the sandwiches through door dash, and I can only assume since the order was for people not standing there, they decided... to do it however they want it? I ordered a double meat chicken melt with jalapeños and tomatoes, the sandwich came with lessthan the normal amount of meat one slice of tomato and two slices of jalapeño peppers. My wife?s sandwich ?Italian? was madewith three times the meat with a double meat order and one slice of the provolone cheese instead of the normal four. The foodwas fresh and delicious, but I would suggest ordering in person if you want it done the way that you ordered it, take thissubway off your list if you?re ordering delivery. Read more
Management here is pathetic. Charged for double meat on one of my sandwiches and double cheese on both sandwiches ( online )... subway sent me a satisfaction email like always after I picked it up and this time I had to tell them what was missing. Usuallysomething always is on our order...got an email from the ?manger? after submitting my survey stating I wasn?t charged foranything extra and basically calling me wrong with my past orders...I responded with a screen shot of my receipt to correct herand no response back. If I want a Subway sandwich there is only one location to go and that's on W. Bridge St in Dublin. I will drive far out of my... way to go there as they have consistently maintained the FRESHEST looking ingredients (see pic). Their commitment to fresh isappreciated even with their bread. The result is a great sub. They have very good management at this location because most otherSubways veggies are brown and bread is stale. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did! Read more
Your friendly, average neighborhood Subway. Amiable staff with professional manner. One of the employees constantly wipes the... furniture down: keeping the place immaculate. The Bridge street Subway did a perfect job for our large order. I wanted 20 subs made to order. I took a spreadsheet in with the... orders about 3 days ahead of my requested pick up date. The 2 men who took the paper were very considerate and asked greatquestions to make sure everything was made correctly. I followed up the next day and they already had a plan and assured me theywould be ready. The morning of pick up I stopped in and the manager was extremely pleasant and had the order ready on time andin the cooler. The girls sandwiches were perfect, no one had an issue.
