I came by to pick up my dinner tonight, and I just wanted to spread the word that I actually couldn't have had a better meal... anywhere else. My food was hot, burger PERFECT, staff very friendly and clean! I love it here, thank that cook back in thekitchen that blonde lady did a wonderful job. Ordered egg salad sandwich with lettuce for dine in. Received sandwich with no lettuce packed to go. Receipt attached shows... order was taken correctly... I guess I should be thankful that employees came to work today and I got something. That's customerservice nowadays! Read more

I. Love. This. Place. I come with my family every few weeks and it has always been a great experience! I recently went and they... had put little smiley faces on our lids. Experience racism first hand at this location I will never Patronize again with this company. I pulled up to location close to... the door, due the fact the parking lot was pretty much empty besides two other cars. As soon as I place my car in park I turnedmy lights on. I young girl looked me dead in my eyes continued walking and went inside restaurant doors. She and anotheremployee walked past my car several times. A Elderly lady of the Opposite race pulled into the parking lot, lights not on. Thesame young girl that looked me in my face rushed out to the elderly lady car and took her order and still haven?t greeted oraddressed me at all. At that point I got her attention she stated my lights weren?t on which I knew was a bold face lie, and mylights were still on, I could see the car lights on the bricks in front of me. I requested to speak to a manager which nevercame out to address the issue, I called into the restaurant someone took the call and hung up. Long story short my food wasordered finally after 20 mins or more. The elderly lady also volunteered to put my order in before hers since she knew I wasthere before. I will be calling corp on Monday. Overall pretty good. Burger was delicious but the onion rings a little overcooked. Shake was spot on. They can?t or won?t split... a check so it?s one check per vehicle which is kind of inconvenient. Read more
I actually really like their burgers, and so far the food was always good. As someone who run a restaurant, I know how tough it... is having teenagers as employees. The last time I went there, I didn't see any car, I ordered one hamburger, and fries. It tookthem 20 mins until I got the food. And, they had at least 5 employees, saw 3 of them were just talking, and joking around. Priorto my last visit, I waited 10 mins sitting in my car, and nobody came to take my order so I left. It's just differentgeneration, and different approach on work ethics with kids these days, still love the food, and the place. Hopefully they cantrain these kids to take the job more seriously, as I myself always try to push my employees to be better, so I get thefrustration. Read more
