The location is good, the food is normal Wendy's fare, and the service was good. Unfortunately though, the interior door has... been removed so during the colder months (now) the dining experience is interrupted by gusts of cold wind every time the outerdoor opens for someone to enter or exit. We were sitting back at the expansion area and got hit with a very cold blast everytime someone came in. It ruined the dining experience and we couldn't wait to leave. Read more

I paid roughly $13 for the the triple cheeseburger meal, with large option. Is it too much to ask for more than one pickle and... not a whole slice of onion. Attention to detail should not dismissed because you are rushed to deliver food. Read more

Typically really quick. Not sure why I have to pull ahead to wait for my order to be brought out if there's no one behind me.... Not a big deal, just odd. Food is always hot and fresh! Read more

Disgusting. Awful experience all around. I honestly didn?t think any dirty Wendy?s even existed until I came here. When I went... to get our drinks the pop dispenser sprayed everywhere?I cleaned off the spout and pulled off straight mold from it. I had totell the gentleman out order multiple times and it still came out incorrect. After paying they told us they were out of regularnuggets, they didn?t have any bbq sauce, the ketchup dispenser wasn?t filled, the pop was warm and they had no ice. The onlything I can say is that the employees are very kind! We will not be back, and highly discourage anyone else to come Read more

I was traveling home to Cleveland from Indianapolis. I chose this restaurant from road signs. Restaurant grounds were well kept... with an abundance of flowers. The restaurant was spotless including the rest room. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Avery enjoyable dinning experience. Read more

Normally this Wendy's is very quick, and had always been my favorite. But, the other day I ordered just a Frosty and they let it... sit for about 8 minutes because they couldn't find the right size lid or straw. They ignored us while we tried to get theirattention to just forget the lid. No one would seem to help the Wendy's associate find what they needed, as other associatessimply ignored them and even made eye contact with them and us. Meanwhile a long line of customers was building up. Hopefullythe management culture here can focus on a better way to train than to just let an associate drown in a long line of unhappycustomers. Pulled through the drive thru at 615 and the speaker said it was closed so I pull away and I see them take orders from 2 other... people. So I pull around again and they take my order I ordered a number 1 this is what I got. Not a number 1. Tried to call therestaurant and no answer. Read more

I ordered food via Wendy's mobile app to pick up food from this store around 6 PM on 9/25. When I reached there 5 minutes later... to pick up food, I found a note outside the door & window that store is closed at 6 due to staffing shortage. So I came backnext day to pick up the food or atleast get money back and showed the manager Jesse screenshot of the mobile order. She justrudely and unapologetically said that she does not care about the "grubhub" order (which I corrected that it is "Wendy's MobileOrder) and she repeated that it was not her problem. She told to call the number listed and cannot do anything aboutrefund. She mentioned that me not getting food from the store is not her problem. Jesse, the manager also shown in the picturewas rude and none of the staffs were wearing masks. As I am writing this review, I am on hold for last 40 minutes to speak tosomeone from CS listed in Wendy's mobile app to get my $30 back. Not surprised! Wondering if I should wait further to get my$30 back or not... certainly my time is more valuable. Certainly not using the Wendy's app anymore and certainly not this storefor sure. Read more
