This is their flagship location but the staff makes if feel like any other location. They are trying hard to fix the vibe... there, maybe to hard. Everyone seems stressed. Wait times are alittle long. Food is good most of the time and the place isalways clean. I hope they get the coaching and the staffing they need to make it the flagship location again. Read more

This is perhaps the worst location - once considered the best. I have learned that the app specials aren't worth it because if... there is a problem, you won't get your money back. This morning I stopped by because I found out that we were out of coffee athome, so I went ahead and ordered breakfast. Got to the pickup window and the associate coughed a deep, pleghmy cough into herhand and then reached for my money. Yeah, I don't think so on any given day, let alone with covid still around. What is it withWendys and hand hygiene issues? It's at multiple locations, whether picking noses, making food without gloves, whatever. Thefood isn't bad but consistent hygiene issues, as well as dirty kitchens observed from the counter, has caused me to only visitWendys once in a very great while. And use cash so you can decline the food because of a serious hygiene issue and still keepyour money. Read more

Went through the drive-thru and used my reward points for a free Baconator. I informed the cashier that I was using my rewards... so they scanned my phone, took my card, gave me my food and my card, and I left. Checked my card after and they charged me fullprice. Checked my bag and they gave me the wrong food. Tried contacting customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes. Calledthree different numbers for Wendy?s customers and wasn?t able to get any assistance. Tried calling the store four times over thenext hour and was told by a robot that no one was available and to try again later. Absolutely the worst customer experienceI?ve ever had with a restaurant. This is my first time staying in Columbus and not passing through. I would make a detour just to stop by and buy there burgers... again. I do not know who made that burger and chicken sandwich but they deserve a raise. Easley better than 5 Guys back at home.I pass through the drive through and was served quick. To my knowledge this Wendy's might be the best ever. Read more

Stopped by for a quick bite at Wendy's flagship restaurant. Great location, clean and completely empty inside, but long drive... thru lines. I always wondering why people wait in very long drive thru lines, then eat inside a car, when inside is not crowded:). Ordered two burgers, but unfortunately one came out cold. 4 stars. Read more

Lunch time rush, fast service. Gave us 2 extra fries by accident. I told them but we were able to keep them! Fry to meat... ratio over 1:1 is no bueno for me. Will eat the rest tonight after 5 beers Read more
