I always enjoy small unique locations compared to chains. So my wife and I gave this place a try. Chocolate (as expected from a... craft shop) is prohibitively expensive so we did not try those. We got two coffee. The seating inside is very limited. They havea few tables in front of the cashier and a small area at the back. What I did not like is how we got treated there as customers.The front area was full and we asked the waitress/cashier/ shop keeper (one person was working there at the time) whether thereis any more room to sit. She just said no. While looking around we noticed the place at the back with a table for two. There wasan amazon box size cardboard box on the table but otherwise it was all fine. When we insisted on sitting there, the womanunwillingly took the box down and let us sit there. It should have been a lot easier to be able to sit a table that isavailable. This is rude. Customer service is terrible here. The barista does not greet you and really doesn't care what you want to order. It's confusing... to me that a coffee shop can have an amazing espresso machine but the barista can put out such terrible quality. Would notrecommend to come here. Read more
I just discovered this place, and so glad I did! The chocolates are delectable, and the drink menu is competitively priced with... friendly customer service. The espresso is a manual process, but well worth the wait! I love that they have a quad option, butdo wish they had 2% milk option. Luckily the barista was willing to mix the skim and whole for me. Great place to pick up chocolate as a gift or to share. There is parking in the back which makes it a little easier to visit the... store in case street parking is full up. You can also get preboxed sets here which is perfect to present to someone. Read more
