Vegetables on pasta completely raw and bread bowl was uncooked in the bottom.
We've ordered dozens upon dozens of times since they opened, and never had any real issues. A couple of times small mistakes... happened, we're all only human after all, but the staff and drivers there have always been nice and communicative, and on atleast one occasion realized they made a mistake, and made it right before I even realized it. I bought a large hand tossed 3 ingredient pepperoni pizza today for my 16 yr old daughter, and rushed the fresh pizza home to... her. I wanted to bring it home to her so she could enjoy it while I had something I needed to go do. This thing had way too muchgarlic on it (and shes actually a garlic lover). SHE COULD NOT EAT THIS PIZZA. Don't yall measure ingredients at all? I'veworked pizza stores all my life, and these ingredients are supposed to be properly measured...not just put together. Im notlooking for free food to replace it. Heading back to Little Ceasers in the future. Sorry guys. Yall threw on too much unmeasuredgarlic. I planned on her enjoying that pizza. Read more
Not posting this review based on only 1 dealing with this domino's. It's just finally reached that point of incompetence. Our... experience with this domino's has been wrong food, wrong toppings, half order deliveries, bad customer service and absurddelivery times. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere or make it at home. Read more
So my hubby called tonight to get a replacement order and was on phone for 30 minutes. Had to repeat the order 6 times because... no one would pay attention. We had ordered extra food so that they would deliver it.. after waiting 30 minutes the driverarrived and was extremely rude and confrontational toward him for no reason.. the driver threw a ranch down and it splatteredall over my husband's foot... the food was awesome but due to the driver I will never order from dublin va dominos again. Driver got the wrong hotel address and room number. I called to ask about it and they hung up on me twice. The third time I... called the guy told me I was right but they would have to ?heat up the ovens again ? it was 11:15pm they close at 12am. Iactually tipped him 30% Stay away. Called in a small order at 7:24. By 8:30, it still hadn't arrived, even after getting a text 8:16 that it was on its way. I work... less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. Called at 8:30, was told it was almost there. Called back at 8:40 to cancel my orderand ask for a refund. I would give zero stars if it was an option. If you must order from here, make sure you're not hungry andmake sure you have a large window of time to wait. Read more
Ordered two pasta bread bowls and one of them had a long dark hair in it and both of us were unable to to eat either one.... Ordered brownies so that was our dinner. Will never be back at the Dublin Domino?s. Read more
