First off, the food was great! I ordered a small chicken fettuccine Alfredo, my friend ordered the baked lasagna, both of which... completely surpassed our expectations. The breadsticks were straight up excellent. There was an individual grating freshparmesean for other tables, however we weren't deemed worthy of his services. We also would have really enjoyed a refill onbreadsticks, given that they are unlimited. Otherwise everyone was very kind, the place was clean, and the food smacked. TLDR-Food great, service was slightly less than attentive. Would definitely recommend! Read more
Fast food restaurant trying to be a fancy sit down one. Had to wait for a table. Order like a fast food restaurant. The noodles... were under cooked. The sauce was both too salty and sweet. The bread sticks good but too salty. It is a new location, so we willwait a few months and visit again and see if anything changes. Read more
Decided to try the new Fazoli's in Dublin, since I really loved the Fazoli's in Christiansburg. It has the usual grand opening... problems: understaffed, AC did not work so it was unbearably hot inside, one of their machines was already down, so couldn'thave the wings, and the line at the drive thru was all the down the road. I'm sure those kinks will be worked out in due time,still it's not the best impression. I have tried a few options to get a feel for the food. They have changed the Alfredo saucerecipe and I no longer like it. The pizza is great - love the robust sauce. The breadsticks are still amazing and, in myopinion, are much better than Olive Garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal everything was very well done and delicious. I especially liked that I didn't have to eat off... paper I loved the fact that they have glass dishes, real silverware everything was totally beautifully done. The food wastotally delicious. Read more

We have waited so long for this to come to Southwestern Virginia and it did not disappoint! Endless breadsticks brought right to... your table (at least three times while we were there) and the same delicious food we remember from going to Fazolis back inIndiana. Tears of joy that we have a Fazolis in our area! We enjoyed the VIP night tonight for local teachers. The store is so well done... inside. It is clean and modern, but still homey and welcoming. All of the employees were upbeat, happy, and excited to servecustomers. The food was delicious. The breadsticks had a buttery, crunchy bottom... the best kind of Fazolis breadsticks! My beautiful fiancé and I decided to order from here this evening due to helping my elderly aunt decorate for Christmas, and... not being home for dinner. Ordered online this went smoothly. I went to the restaurant to pick our order and encountered somerude staff kind of par for the course these days, then get back to my aunts with our order and discovered some one put redsauce on my Alfredo then put the Alfredo sauce on top of that????. They should not have sent this order out. Very disappointingI am a locale and was looking forward to a new dinning option here in Dublin. But now Dublin has is just another mediocre optionat best . Wake up Fazolies you can do better than this I used to dine at the Christiansburg location all the time and had betterfood and service. The Dublin location is not up to the standards of this chain. Please don?t reply with some canned responsejust coach and develop your staff and get this place up to the same standard as the rest of the chain. Read more
