We didn't know it was there but will be back soon! The Gnocchi soup was fresh and tasty. The scampi was flavorful and balanced.... Fried ravioli, chicken piadina, pasta with spinach & ricotta...all fantastic. Tiramisu like heaven. The owner was veryaccommodating. I have a house close by and saw this business as I was heading home for the evening. I was a little skeptical about the ?Fresh... Pasta? in the business name but thought I?d give it a try. OMG - the best fresh pasta I?ve ever had in a long time! I?ve hadfresh pasta in many great restaurants around the world and my meal tonight was hands down incredible! Our family stopped at Maria?s Fresh Pasta for the first time! Wow!!! What an incredible experience. Service was friendly and... fast. And the pasta... some of the best Italian food we have ever experienced. Everything is fresh and made with the bestingredients. The meatballs were light and moist and packed with flavor. Amazing food! We had the gnocchi soup, shrimp scampi and cacio e pepe. Everything was really good and tasted fresh. My son is a... very picky eater. He had the buttered pasta and said it was the best pasta he?s ever had! The staff is also very friendly! Wefelt bad that we didn?t have cash for a tip. There was no option to add tip on the receipt. If dining in, please bring cash fora tip. The staff really deserves it. Read more
