Usually this restaurant is our favorite. Today we went through drive thru and ordered two papaburgers and two rootbeer floats. ... We got two papaburgers and two medium rootbeers. We went back through drive thru and explained our order and what we received. We went to pay what we thought was the price difference but she charged us full price for the rootbeer floats. I againexplained to her we didn't order the rootbeer so why are we paying for both? I expected to pay for a serving of icecream to putin our rootbeer. We cannot consume two rootbeer floats and two rootbeers and we didn't order that. Admittedly I got rude withher because the cost of four drinks was a bit more than the two we actually ordered. She slammed the window after saying "Yougot what you paid for." We asked where are rootbeer floats were and she said no, you got what you paid for and I didn't takepayment for more. Geeesh all that hassle and rudeness because we wanted two rootbeer floats and two papa burgers? Why? Allshe had to do was give us two servings of icecream to put in our rootbeer, we would of paid for it and been on our way. Read more
Went to drive thru, no one asked for my order, wait 10 minutes, decided to pull up to the window and they said that will be... $9.89? Funny because you never took my order, went and discussed with some gal and she asked me what I wanted, then asked meto pull behind the building and wait for it, Charged me full amount, didn't offer a discount or even we are sorry about that, 4people in one small area, I will never stop there again, 5 car and trucks went through while I waited another 10 minutes formy order Read more
A&W is just the absolute best fast food, hands down. Their food is exactly what you want, prepared exactly the way you want it.... The burgers were hot, juicy, and well-seasoned. Nice place for fast food Short on time, so we stopped in for a quick lunch. The Cony Island Cheese Dog meal was good. Thought... that the reuse of a historic building is a a great idea. There is a large eating area on the second floor. Ampleparking. Handicap friendly on the first floor. Read more

Went through drive through. Needed a place to grub up and head back to a event. Nice location and very quick.
