It's B Double Dubs! How do you even review this place? My favorite wing sauce is Asian Zing. They don't need to charge an arm... and a leg for booze like they do. If I were into sports I suppose it might be a fun option. Portion sizes on some menu items arejust too small for the price, like with their tacos. Menu okay. I do like the many wing sauce flavors but none are quiteamazing. I do like Asian Zing though. You don't need this review anyway. We all know what we're in for with Bdubs. Read more
I had some issues placing an order with the app and the phone system wasn?t functioning properly so I had to go into the store.... I was upset about this but after speaking to management they took care of all of my issues and is the reason I will come back,thank you for taking the time to empathize with me, the customer, but also letting me emphasize with the shortage of labor foodservice. It's a chain that has all the same things everywhere you go. Food quality is great, and the atmosphere is what you expect from a... sports pub. I've ate here many ti.es through the years, and unless they have a packed house, it's usually quick and fresh.Servers are usually spot on. It's what you expect from a BDubs. After sitting at a table for over 20 minutes the 1 woman waitress who walked by us at least 6 times says the guy will be waiting... on us, no acknowledgment till that point, took at least another 10 minutes for him to wait on us, but another group came inbefore she acknowledged us and she waited on them and another table of 2, before we got waited on. There were only her and himso understand short staffed but when 2 to 3 other tables get waited on before us is frustrating. Ordered food which went fine,but when got food was not hot, wings were overcooked, fries were barely warm as you could tell had been sitting in the back forawhile, had to go up to bar to get refills. Guy was way overwhelmed basically telling others would be at least 30 minutesbefore anyone could take there order. Seen at least 12 people walk out then a couple more come in sit and girl waits on themright away. One table came and guy said could wait so they sat there for at least 10 minutes still not offered drinks and againthe girl will not take table but wait on table that came in after them. Sorry but service was horrible, he was way overwhelmed,and since bar area why did she not take first people in instead of leaving some sit but wait on people that came in after them. The wings were delicious and hot. We sat at the bar and watched NFL highlights. Service was great and very friendly!
We waited 30 min just for drinks and over an hour to get our food. We had a movie to get to so we requested that our food be... boxed up as a Togo order and our bill brought out straight away. I watched the staff place our order on the table on the outsideof the kitchen. And waited? when no one was bringing it out I walked into he kitchen to ask if it was ours. There were 4 staffstanding in a circle talking. It was indeed our food? so we went to the car and checked it over as we were leaving. We weremissing our sides, the nachos had literally zero chicken and the wings had NO sauce on them. Our $50 bill was only going to bereimbursed as $20?. Upon complaints AGAIN they refunded the whole amount. We were SO disappointed!!! Read more
11:35 am - After standing at desk in front spotted my first employee after 15 minutes. Who immediately offered to help the... people behind me. And didn't acknowledge I existed. When I did get my to go order the inside of the bag was wet and the boxholding wings was ruined. The employee that did wait on me was nice. Read more
As soon as you enter the place doors are filthy and no one is there to help. So you might as well sit yourself. And due to... Staffing shortages no one wants to work anymore. You can't sit in the dining area anymore just bar, so if you come with yourkids they can watch you splat your face with liquor. I give this place one star. Read more
