I usually love Casey's pizza. Tonight not so much. Ordering and pick up went fine. Pizza was hot when we got it home. But that's... where the good expierance ended. We ordered a sausage, pepperoni and o ions. First appearance showed an excessive amount ofonions. But I like onions. I have no idea where the saltiness came from but was inedible. 95 percent went in the gabage andI'm still trying to get the salt taste out of my mouth. We will be thinking twice before we order from Casey's again. Read more

Stopped by as a quick stop. No toilet paper in the ladies room. Bunched up towels all over ladies room. Men's restroom smelled... like straight ammonia when I walked in. There where half eaten donuts in donut case. Read more

First time ever in this location thank the good Lord I had her blanket to lay down diaper changer was the most disgusting thing... I went to order a pizza for pickup online from this location at about 7 pm on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 and before I... completed the order, I noticed that the online ordering app said that it was going to be approximately an 80 minute wait. Idecided to drive to this location to check to see if they were really swamped with their pizza making or if the online app "80minute" thing was incorrect. When I arrived (this location is only 3 miles from my house), I noted that this Casey's was notbusy, in fact, there was no one working in the kitchen & no pizza making going on (and there appeared to be none in the oven). I asked the very young man (he looked about 16! ) that was working at the checkout if anyone was making pizzas. He at first saidthat he did not know where the workers were. Then he said that they may be outside. I followed him outside the door to the sideof the building and there were 2 workers (young, small, dark haired man and young, dark haired woman) sitting way towards thebackside of the building smoking cigarettes. I explained to them that I was wanting to order a pizza and that the online appsaid that there would be an approximate 80 minute wait. I asked them if this was correct and the young man bluntly said "Yes, Ihave not had a break since 3 pm!" I then said "Really, 80 minutes?" and his response was a loud "YES!". I just walked awaysaying "Wow!". I then placed my online order with the Casey's on Cedar Cross road for pickup. When I arrived I was shocked tosee that my pizza was ready! I told the male worker there about my experience at the Key West Casey's & he was very shocked &even gave me a coupon for a free pizza. I will not be ordering pizza from the Key West Dubuque Iowa location ever again. PS Ieven looked at the Key West location's online ordering app 45 minutes later & it still was showing that "80 minute" wait! I came in and I bought a pack a cigarettes for my friend who Is of age (26) and after I had paid for them the Cashier Jason made... the comment "nasty habits" I was extremely offended and I told him this and that I had quit in January and was buying them formy friend and he didn't even apologize for his completely unnecessary and upsetting comment. Jason my "nasty habit" is far moreacceptable then your rude customer service. DO BETTER! Read more

We ordered 3 breakfast pizzas. I looked at the top one. Looked good. Got home opened the other 2 and they were burnt and to... cover the burnt pizzas they put more mozzarella cheese on top. Called the store. They told me they would remake the pizzas butwe would have to wait almost 2 hrs for new ones. Next time I WILL look at ALL OF THEM. Have ordered from this location manytimes and have never had this happen. Then worker on the phone hung up on me because I felt that my burnt pizzas that I alreadypaid for should have taken presidence over new orders. Even if they would have told me when I got there what happened and thatthey had to make new ones I would not have had a problem waiting. But to put extr mozzarella on them to cover it is not goodpractice. Read more
