I?ve been to half Chipotles before, but this is by far the absolute slowest I?ve ever been to as far as service. Last time we... were here they messed up our order and had a long delay, but that was around a year or two ago so we decided to give themanother try tonight, boy was that a mistake. We placed an online order half an hour early only to arrive and have to wait 10minutes to even flag down somebody to get our order started which took another 10 minutes. I?m only leaving two stars as theorder was technically correct, though my burrito was the smallest I?ve had from Chipotle (Taco Bell makes me bigger, sheesh). Wewon?t be back. Read more
Went here twice this month and both times it was very unclean. They were out of most of their options both times. There was food... all over the ground. The trash didn?t look like it had been taken out all day. No lids, straws, or forks. Not a great experiencefor a Chipotle. Read more

This restaurant is DIRTY. The last 3 times I?ve been in, it has been worse every time. There are never clean tables & the drink... area is always a disaster. Today it was going to be a 20 minute wait for chicken, so I got steak instead. The steak was cold &very gristly. Also, queso is now ?online only?? I ended up throwing half of my bowl away? well I tried. I had to hand my trashto the cashier because both garbage cans were missing & the outside garbage was overflowing, blowing trash all over. I ordered a chicken bowl and it had chewy and hard bits in it. Also ordered a $3 fountain drink only to find out it was... completely carbonated water with a HINT of orange fanta. The chicken wasn?t even ready and I had to wait for the cashier to stoptalking to her friends. This encounter is making me choose to stop eating at this chipotle. #sad Read more
Very unclean location. EVERY table was dirty and had not been cleaned for quite a long time. No one was eating inside b/c of... the dirty conditions. Had to eat in car. The only available forks were found inside the tip jar. My daughter had to use aspoon to eat her salad. The cashier dropped my change between the register and the support and didn?t replace it, so I lostmoney too. I gave 2 stars b/c the food was still awesome. Hoping I?m not a food poisoning stat. Edit: 3/5/2017 Yet again Chipotle knocks it out of the park. These burritos will change your life. Get one in your mouth... immediately. Edit: 12/15/2016 Full five stars. The small room for improvement has been completely filled and this Chipotle istruly amazing. If you know me, you know that my heart beats for Chipotle. Guac is in my veins, and when I close my eyes atnight, I see visions of burritos dancing in my head. Chipotle is finally in Dubuque, and on opening day I swear I heard angelssinging. The food is fresher than Bel Air's prince. The flavors will make you slap yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.The staff is super friendly. Everything is very clean and modern. The one and only tiny, minor detail that needs improvement isspeed of service. Often there's a long line. But I am very confident this will improve as time goes on. Read more
Not the first, but SECOND time I have went to this location and the workers admitted that they did not know how to wrap a... burrito so they just left it half open for all of the ingredients to fall out. The first time I brushed it off but the secondtime I respectfully requested a refund, in which they said that they would refund me a few dollars. Also, they apparently do nothave ice for their drink machine and cannot make a quesadilla unless ordered online. Horrible service and lazy workers. Read more
