I've eaten here twice and both times everything was good. The location is convenient.
Food was good and hot.waiters very friendly tables were clean
Went through the drive through and got 2, 6 piece chicken strip baskets. Drove across town to get home and see that 1 of my... orders only had 3 VERY small chicken strips in it. It had no toast and only about 11 fries. Tried to call the location to talkto someone about the mix up only to have the phone ring until an automated message picked up asking me to enter my remote accesscode....... I have a few really disappointed children. Then I tried to send this message under contact us section of yourwebsite. But the form would not submit. And you have no way for me to message you on Google my Business. You also have no wayto message you on Facebook. This is pretty ridiculous to even get a hold of someone. Just ordered a small blizzard and it got served to me without flipping the dessert. Haha I called the lady in it politely but... she insisted that it's only participating stores after acknowledging that she didn't flip it.. however ones the menu right aboveher it said " blizzards served flipped or the next ones free" what a loop ole that is lol Read more
We just wanted a few blizzards, went to drive throu, only 3 cars ahead of us, and waited 23 minutes (there was actually a car... behind us that ordered, and left because they too where sick if the wait) to get our food, and then when they did finally get itto us, they didn't say sorry for the wait, or anything. Go to a sit down restaurant, they will pry be faster! Read more
Order was not right. No veggie except a tomato, put mustard when I repeated no mustard at least 3 times. Fries were cold and... not cooked all the way through. The only good thing was they weren't rude and the drinks weren't flat. I usually don't complain,but i was really looking forward to this cause i don't eat out much and I've worked fast food before, so I know mistakes aremade. Read more
Normally I would say this place is great but when you been to this location 3 times in about 6 months and they keep screwing up... my order the same way all I asked for was a cheeseburger with two extra slices of cheese and hold everything else but over thelast three stops here I get a cheeseburger with the works ! How hard is it to listen and follow what the slip saysseriously???!!?? I guess they want to get rid of their repeat clients ???
