I ordered 2 things of wings and I literally live like 2 minutes away from dominoes on jfk. It took an hour and a half for them... to deliver our food. Will NEVER order from there again. And the lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful . Theywouldn't even credit any free items or give us any kind of promo code. Read more
If you are staying at the Hilton and leaving the casino. Do not order this food. Ordered around midnight because the casino stop... serving food at 10pm. The pizza was completed on the track at 12:30 and was not delivered till 2:45 in the morning. I had towait 2 hours and 15 minutes for 2 cold pizzas. I should of just went to sleep and disputed the charges. Front desk at the hotelrecommends papa John?s if you need food. Will be taking this complaint to dominos corporate. Read more
I order here all the time and I?m only a couple blocks away. They?re usually quick about it and they deserve a tip for being so... quick to come usually within 15mins or so and I?m enjoying the pizza. I recommend ordering through the app to get points towarda freebie. Read more
What has happened to the Dominoes on Central? We ordered 3 pizzas in last 6 weeks. First one was ice cold and really late-I... called-they re-delivered. Second one, they forgot part of the order-I called-they re-delivered. Today was correct and deliveredby nice person but crust was soggy-couldn't pick up piece-felt not cooked...Onions tasted like they were sitting in water andthe sauce was terrible. This time I did not call-in fact I may not call them ever again. I have had Dominos back for years whenothers went artisian or chicago style. But I am starting to think that sadly, I too must choose otherwise. I am so disappointedand sad. Read more

I would do zero stars if I could the crust and bread bites are always so dry and they don?t give you a complimentary sauce with... the bread bites.it?s ridiculous don?t get dominos dry sauce less food that makes u have to purchase sauce that should alreadycome with it. Automated phone service in a small city ???? a also ridiculous. They send u on a call hold immediately and a callcenter answers and places your order online you can?t just talk to the ppl who actually work in that store. Read more

Below is my original review/complain, but I am editing to report the follow up. I contacted the manager to let them know what... had happened. They apologized, explained it is a new system and the orders through the main option go to a call center. Sheresolved the issue in a more then satisfactory manner and I am happy to say I will continue ordering from this location in thefuture. I do hope that corporate takes note of the original complain though to change things so others do not have the sameissue. I will also note that part of the problem might be my phone, as it is apparently cutting in and out (a problem I was notaware of until I called to speak with the manager.) Tonight I was very disappointed. We order pizza from this location almostevery Sunday, and most of the time it has been awesome service. Last Sunday (10/23/22) there was a slight hiccup in that theysent us a medium instead of the large that we had ordered. I called up, and believe I spoke to the manager whom apologized andgave us an in store credit. Felt this was satisfactory. So today (10/30/22) and I call to use our store credit for the exactsame pizza. Only I unable to place my order. The person that answered the phone was both difficult to understand due to a heavyaccent, as well as them having difficulty getting what I was saying correct. After 3 repeats a piece for two different thingsrelated to our address I hung up, figuring I would call back and hopefully get a different person. Nope. Same person, samedifficulty understanding. I speak clearly, and have a loud voice. Even after spelling out the location the person still haddifficulty getting the address right. Putting someone on the phone with both a heavy accent, and difficulty understanding thecustomer is a bad idea. Communication for phone orders needs to be clear to avoid issues.
