Sadly I feel it necessary change our opinion of this Domino's. We have been ordering from this Domino's every week for over a... year. For the last 2 weeks we have been unable to place an online order with them. We have tried on multiple devices and indifferent browsers. Last week my husband went into the store only to find we couldn't use our regular coupon because it was anonline only coupon. We paid the higher price figuring the problem with online ordering would be fixed. We went to place ourorder this week only to find that we could not place an online order again. This time we called to see if we could get thecoupon price that we have been using every week. Once again we were told they could not apply the coupon because it was onlineonly. We tried multiple avenues and were unable to create an online order with this Domino's. We will now be taking our businessto the other Domino's in town since their online ordering system is working and we were able to place our regular order with the3-topping large $7.99 coupon. After we have used our gift cards we will second-guess whether or not we will continue doing ourweekly pizza at Domino's at all. We were very discouraged with how we were treated on the phone especially when we have beensuch loyal customers for over a year. Original review: We love this Domino's. Ordered a bread bowl and got about 12 noodles and 4 pieces of chicken.

Bought 4 pizzas there tonight. They were overcooked, dry and one was burned. The person who I placed the order with was... pleasant and could easily merit 5 stars, but the pizza was the worst we have ever ordered from Dominos. Read more
wow,wow,wow Bad pizza... soggy, no taste, greasy. Very disappointing. I was going to say it wasnt cooked, but when adding it... to my oven, to cook it, again, the crust was great, but the toppings were still soggy in the middle. Read more
Awful customer service. Wouldn?t except my delivery because I was 1.2 miles outside the range. Even though the other store said... it was OK because they were not delivering. Manager wouldnt give me his first name was extremely disrespectful and rude. Simplywas asking for his first name so I could call back at a later day and to confirm that they would no longer deliver even thoughthey?ve delivered to this address many times. Took a little while to get here but when Kevin got here with my food. He was so kind and apologetic for it being a little late.... Absolutely nice and cool person. the kind you don?t see anymore tbh.
