After leaving a restaurant because the food was cold when we came to Great Dragon and was not disappointed. The service was... good, food was hot and tasted great. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. When the server realized this he brought meout what I had wanted without me asking. I was going to eat what I ordered my mistake. Do not eat here. The kitchen is disgusting and i saw the owner have stacks of egg rolls on a tin pan on top of a dirty trash... can. She then took some more egg rolls out of the fryer and placed them on already stacked egg rolls. Egg rolls dropped on thefloor as she did this. She then grabbed the other fryer pan and did the same thing as more fell. She put the pan back in thefryer and proceeded to pick up the egg rolls that dropped on the floor and she put them right back in the huge pile of egg rollsthat were stacked on a tin pan on top of a dirty trash can. I am so disgusted and couldn't believe what I just witnessed. I amstill in shock about it as I use to eat here, and the way everything was set up you can tell this was a nightly occurrence onhow she closes. If she does this with egg rolls this is done with any food that drops on the floor, and why a dirty trash can toplace them on??!!! Because it rolls and it's easier?
