Pizza was average. Lacking on the toppings. Service personel looked like they needed a boost of energy.

I was friends with the original owner of this company. The young man that took my order this evening was extremely unfriendly.... This pizza was expensive and this guy didn't even say thank you. WRONG guy to answer the phone. Love their pizza but guyslike this wreck their business. Probably why Maquoketa and Davenport are currently going through chapter 11. Ordered by phone for carry out. Pizza was hot and delicious. Also ordered a dessert pizza. Was disappointed in the dessert... pizza; it was very small, the icing ran off the pizza and was on the bottom of the crust on the box and it was over priced. Read more

Always great pizza and even pretty quick. A little pricey but perfection isn't cheap.

Happy Joe's is a regional pizza staple, and they're strong in Dubuque. The pizza isn't the cheapest in town but the quality... seems to be consistently good. For us, it's not a regular choice, but a nice alternative for a change. Read more
