We waited 20 minutes to order and it took 45 minutes to make our order. You would expect it to be hot then, but it was only... warm. No reason to come back again with so many food options out there. My husband loves KFC. I pick it up about 2-3 times a month. I have never had a bad meal. I have never had anything missing from... my order. If you pull into the drive thru and it's 10 or more cars deep you can't expect to get food in 10 minutes. Like everyother business they are short on help.
