Husband found the end of a chorizo bag with metal clip in his fajita Ranchos which doesn't have that in it. He got $10 off his... meal. Waiter was non-existent. I am a Mexican and I was in town visiting for vacation. When my mom suggested to eat in a Mexican restaurant in Iowa, I thought... myself : ?Oh we?ll see how it goes?. Well I was nicely surprised. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant and food really tastedexcellent like in Mexico. I am giving them 5 starts because the service and food were great. Was less then impressed with the restaurant. Food was "ok". I wouldn't recommend this place. The bar was under construction so... you couldn't get a drink but a beer or a margarita. Some of the staff struggled to understand English. Was in town for an eventin October 2022. Read more
I'd put it at a zero if I could. Food was mediocre, service was TERRIBLE. One server acted like we had the plague and then we... got a different server almost immediately while the other flitted around the restaurant. Then the new server was acting like hewas sure we had the plague. The first server was put out that I wanted a milder salsa. Won't go again. Went there because ofgood reviews. Meal was good. Had the fajitas trio for two. The meat consisted of shrimp, steak and chicken. Plenty of sides and toppings. The... gentleman that waited on us was a hoot! He definitely made the experience worthwhile. 4 stars because the meat was overcooked. Read more
Everything here is good. Two person date for $45 (tip included) is also a great value. Parking can be a little tricky, but... even if the lot looks full you'll get in. Don't let Parking lot turn you away. Good staff, fast service, great food anddrinks. Read more
