Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a Mcdouble with only pickle. My nuggets only had 9 pieces in the box and my burger... had mustard, ketchup, onions, and NO pickle. Complete waste of money. Read more
Went thru the drive thru and got 6 McChickens and tell my why 2 had no chicken.. I call to let them know and the manager... started laughing and asked me to bring back the buns?.then I said I?m not going to do that, I live across town and she said Sonow what and hung up?. Very sad place Read more
Just paid for a lunch that was impossible to eat the fries appear that they were cooked at the crack of dawn the sandwiches were... completely wrong but at least the McDonald's corp got my money. I would give you negative stars if i could always a badexperience and never again Read more
Every time I go through the drive thru I clearly state what I want and it?s always wrong. They don?t apologize for bad service... and did not refund me for the charging me for the wrong food. Read more

Restaurant was totally empty, which was fine (it was 6:30pm) but being empty I would have thought it would have been cleaner.... The tables were not cleaned and the floor had stuff on it right where you ordered. Staff was nice. Couldn't understand the womanwho put our bag on the counter. We had ordered our food for dine in so I wasnt sure if it was ours. I asked if it was ours andsomeone else said the number. The spanish music playing was a little too loud for the woman to hear me ask her what she said andshe was busy singing anyway. They were nice enough but I did feel like I was a Mexican restaurant and not a McDonald's inDubuque Iowa lol. The food was very good, my burger was ordered without onions and it was correct. My son's burgers were orderedplain and were also correct. And my husband said his daily double was one of the best he had ever eaten. Fries were very hot andgrease was clean. Food really was very good. If the store had been clean and they had the Spanish music turned down and someonespeaking clearly that handed out the food I would have given a 5. But overall very good and it wasn't dirty enough that I wouldcomplain but when the store is empty I would have thought it would have been spotless. Good food outweighs the bad though! Read more
Went inside to sit down for breakfast, employees refused to take my order. Only 3 employees, place was a complete mess. Dirty... tables, drive thru backed up with 20 cars. Double lanes packed, maybe if you paid well and didn?t treat staff like garbage youwould have employees. At least the manager was actually helping out, got that going for them. Went to Hardee?s, hot food in 3minutes. Amazing how much harder employees work when you show them appreciation and pay what there worth. Read more
I ordered food in the drive through on Tuesday night, 11/22. As I ordered, I noticed that the young lady taking my order was... being very short with her responses, and as I continued to order her response repeatedly was "what else?" instead of what Iwould expect to be a more welcoming, "would you like anything else". I completed my order and pro ended to the window and paidfor the order at which time I asked for additional packets of ketchup. When she handed me the order, she of course did notinclude the ketchup I requested, so I asked for more. She then grabbed a handful of ketchup packets, tosses them in my bag andslams the drive through window and walked away. Fortunately for her, the food was decent or I was tired from driving. I don'tusually comment on poor service I receive at fast food establishments because you get what you pay for, but times are differentnow and your public facing employees need to get their heads in the game, and treat customers how they would expect to betreated.
