I thought using the mobile app is supposed to be so quick. The drive thru line was very long so I placed my order using the... mobile app. Guess what over 16 minutes later and I still don't have the one soda I ordered. This is a warning to all of you ordering with the mobile app. Whoever is working the drive thru can apparently throw random... stuff onto your order without you agreeing to it or even knowing, forcing you to deal with a situation where you now have todemand a refund because someone didn't know how to do their job right. Steer clear of this place and just go directly to the oneon JFK as this place will apparently try to scam you through your mobile order. Also, never use the mobile app or you'll likelyend up in the situation as same as mine. Read more
