The drive thru line was very long so I placed my order using the... mobile app. Guess what over 16 minutes later and I still don't have the one soda I ordered. This is a warning to all of you ordering with the mobile app. Whoever is working the drive thru can apparently throw random... stuff onto your order without you agreeing to it or even knowing, forcing you to deal with a situation where you now have todemand a refund because someone didn't know how to do their job right. Steer clear of this place and just go directly to the oneon JFK as this place will apparently try to scam you through your mobile order. This McDonald's in downtown Dubuque, IA, failed in nearly every way possible. Among other items, I ordered a Filet-o-Fish... sandwich with extra American cheese, for which I paid a premium, and my wife ordered a Large Fries. Our order was for carry-out.My wife checked the bag before we left the store and found that the fries were not there. The manager got some for her. Afterleaving the store we discovered that the fries were, at best, lukewarm, and that my Filet-o-Fish did not have extra cheese andwas lukewarm and soggy. Read more
