My bestie and I had lunch here yesterday. Let's just say that was the worst lunch we've had in dubuque. The chicken Alfredo had... zero flavor. It was dry. My lasagna tasted watered down. I remember in my childhood Olive Garden being an amazing place to eat. I was not very impressed with the service, although my... waiter was the bartender and he was excellent, otherwise the staff seemed off. We always love going to Olive Garden. We were there today for lunch. Unfortunately the chicken on my fetticini alfredo was not... very good. Our waitress conveyed this to the manager who promptly came over to apologize. He didn't charge for the entree andsent us home with s free meal including salad and breadsticks. The food, service and atmosphere are great. I know they are short on help or labor but they make you wait super long for a... table when many tables are available. Why not seat the table and wait on more customers at a slower pace. I saw many peopleleave that could have been seated and enjoy a night out.
