I really wanted papa John's and drove 30 min to get there. I put the order in, said 15 min until ready then left. I walk in,... wait 5 min for someone to talk to me, then said its going to be another hour. Can't believe if they are that backed up itdoesn't say that online. Very dissapointed. Ruined my night. Call center lady was the rudest person I've ever incountered with papa John's. The actual restaurant is fantastic!
So usually I don?t do any reviews but I order from here often and EVERY time I order food they rush my order, food looks none... appealing at all! I always have to remind them to put my peppers with my pizza. They always forget my Soda as well! Today Iordered a XL pizza and omg it was terrible I called to complain because I always let them just continuously mess up my food andjust deal with it or be out of money for something I never enjoy. They remade my order and when they arrived the guy asked forthe other pizza back. Of course I didn?t want it but my son ate majority of the pizza. I think that was very unprofessionalasking for something back that was already delivered when you guys aren?t gonna do anything but toss it. Read more
Pizza took 3hrs to deliver and was after closing time. It shouldn't be almost 3am when I receive my pizza ordered midnight. Was... starting to think i was out 22 bucks. Still tipped but this is why drivers don't get tips!!! No worth it i will buy a frozennext time! Read more
Pizza was not great. I?m assuming the kitchen is not clearing the pan/stone before cooking the next pizza. We had something on... the bottom of our pizza that shouldn?t have been there. They also gave us someone else?s food when we left. We got to the carsaw it was more than we ordered and took it back in. My son loved the wings. Read more
Night manager Adam is an absolute gem. Sign on the door said no walk in orders after 10pm but my gf and I came in at 11:15pm for... a pizza and breadsticks and even though he was alone and cleaning he greated us brightly and with customer service that is rareeven during normal hours. Adam brought our food to our car after only 12 minutes and when we asked him what we could do for himhe simply replied "leave me a nice review" he could've asked for a tip. Great food the guys there were very nice and the pizza was probably the best papa john's I've ever eaten at.
Typically do not write bad reviews but our order tonight was messed up and this has not been the first time. Ordered a 30 piece... buffalo chicken popper and it came plain but box said buffalo and ordered extra sauces on the side and like usual those did notcome either. Called in about this and was told they did not find the chicken poppers on the order and they asked about ourmissing sauces right away. Was asked if we wanted this as store credit or redelivery and acted as if the redelivery was ainconvenience to them. They told us it would be over 45 minutes.
