Excellent pizza! Loaded with toppings, piping hot and fast delivery!!
I ordered 12 wings and a large meatlovers pizza. They used DOOR DASH who dropped my food at my hotel door and didn't even knock... on my door. It sat out in the hallway for 45 minutes before I called. Pizza hut offered to refund my money but not to replacethe food. Worse store EVER Read more
Ordered our food the night before with a schedule of the next day at noon. The website did not allow for tipping this time which... was odd, maybe due to an after hours order?. We then got a notification at 11:40am the pizza was on the way. The pizza was notdelivered until 12:15pm. This city is not big enough for a 35 minute drive. The driver then left the pizza on the ground andwalked away. We had to ask if they wanted their tip in order to even get the driver's attention. I suppose putting it on theground is appropriate for non-tippers, but when the system doesn't allow the tip well don't take it out on us. Read more
Order pizza a hour an half ago it's 30 mins late already.. when I called the store lady picked up an rudely said it's on the... way. I usually have great service but no update saying we're running late.. no apologies for the it being late.. ridiculous Read more
Ordered delivery, and while not every experience I've had at this restaurant in the past was perfect, this experience and the... ones I've had in the past few months have been perfect. Delivery took probably 20 minutes at most from the moment I placed myorder to the moment it arrived, which is probably the fastest I've ever had pizza be delivered. The drivers have always beenvery friendly. The food arrived like it had just gotten out of the oven right before leaving, not hot enough to burn my mouth,but perfect temperature for eating right away. I like the cajun wings, but they tend to not have as much seasoning as I'd like,but dry rubs are tough to season chicken with. It was an acceptable amount of seasoning this time though. This place is an absolute disappointment! First time going to this one. I will not pay for anything else here. I went in to get... my pizza and the steps are so messed up that I tripped and ripped open my toe. Then I go in and nobody greets me. One girl wentto answer the phone and there was a man at the oven. She had her back to me for 5 minutes. She finally turned around to tell mejust a minute. Another man walked through, looked at me, and walked away. I stood there for about 10 minutes total. Terriblecustomer service. I ordered sausage and mushroom pizza in a dinner box. There were some tiny pieces of mushroom on the wholepizza. The cheesesticks were really hard. They tasted like they were sitting there forever. Some of them tasted like cinnamon.The sauce that came with it was half full. It was all very low quality. I?ve never had a really bad experience at Pizza Hutuntil now. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to complain. Read more
I order honey bbq boneless wings and i got plain this is a same like what are they doing enough workers n still got My order... wrong today a shame i tried calling but on hold for ever i ask for beef pizza n got pork omg waste of money will no longergiving them any more service Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered tonight around 5:30pm never received my food, tried call the store multiple times and... would be hung up on each time, horrible service if you ask me, and would love my $50 dollars back!! Beings I NEVER received myfood. Read more
