ordered a 12 pc nugget, got an 8 pc .. ordered a spicy sandwich, got a regular. it?s on my receipt too. they had no mac n... cheese. the lady taking my order seemed pretty rude. i didn?t get the sauce that came with the nuggets. forgot half of my orderin the beginning, had to go back in for all the missing sides, not even knowing the entrees were too haha. ask for a refundbecause i was very dissatisfied when i got home, they were fighting me on my order bc i couldn?t tell the fries had cajun onthem, no flavor at all. asked for a refund but asked if i ate the food ? i only ate the fries and they expected me to drive 10mins for 4 nuggets and a new sandwich just for my other food to get cold ? asked for a refund but was too frustrated to evenkeep explaining myself. A disaster of inabilities / 2 lost orders prior to taking our order. Staff upfront didn?t know what we had ordered 10 minutes... after we ordered We were the only customers at that time ! How are they charging an extra .50 for BBQ sauce but they don't have honey, so they give me a grape jelly instead without an... option for another bbq sauce? Maybe if you stop handling out condiments that no one uses, you'll save in food cost tocompensate for BBQ sauce. Next time I get charged for an extra BBQ sauce it better come with a receipt... Went to Popeyes for a quick bite between movies with kids. Now mind you this was trully my first time going to Popeyes and had... the worst experience ever! Was not given proper customer service! The manager even had an attitude when she stepped forward, whoby the way was not wearing a name tag! There was so much that went wrong but my kids were hungry and we were on a timelimit! Never going there again! Guess there was a reason I didn't with all these years it's been here! Read more
Ordered online through EatStreet and for whatever reason, the leadheads over there cancelled the order. The manager helped get... things sorted out and even ended up getting me my order anyways despite it being after-hours by the time everything was done -even threw in an extra piece of chicken. Great service and damn good food for a good price. Read more
We do not frequent fast food restaurants very often, but I will say that every time I have been to Popeye's that the person... working drive-through has been fantastic! We visited on Saturday, July 30th at about 5:15 PM in Dubuque and the service was topnotch! The food tasted good, my only dissatisfaction was that we did not get the sauce that we had requested and my son did notget the biscuit in his meal. We did feel that the food was slightly overpriced by perhaps a dollar or two. Again, the foodagain tasted good, the service has always been some of the BEST that I've ever experienced, the only negative was what I hadmentioned above. Read more
The staff was very friendly. The parking lot is TIGHT, even though it was mostly empty when we got there. I'd hate to have to... drive in it when it's busy. Unfortunately, we ordered Sweeet Tea through the mobile app, but it was after 7pm, and they saidthey "dump" the Sweeet Tea at 7pm every night. That was sad, since we were looking forward to trying it. It also seems verywasteful. Food was good. The fries were not fresh, but still tasted good. I'd love to try them straight out of the fryer,rather than probably 30-60 minutes old from under a heat lamp. We also added the free apple pie for using the app for the firsttime. Unfortunately, after getting home, the Apple pie was not included in the bag, but it wasn't worth driving back for an itemwe technically didn't pay for.
