There was an INCREDIBLY RUDE lady at the table behind us who was being so mean to the staff, but the staff was so so kind and... they handled it very professionally. This was my second time here in as many years. My burger was warm when it came out to me, but wasn't near as hot as I'd expect... if freshly grilled. My wife's burger was hot, so I suspect mine was an outlier. The flavor was really good, and as always thebottomless drinks and sides did not disappoint. The staff was good. I won't complain about them at all but the burgers were not very good. We ha a party of 7 and 3 of us had... pieces of bone in our burgers. It used to be alot better food, but it's not because of the staff. Very dissapointed. This usedto be our go to regular place on Saturday nights. Read more

They seated us immediately. We had to wait for another person to join us... turned into an hour wait. The servers kept checking... in & "entertained" my kiddo a bit while we were waiting. The staff was so friendly. No one was upset that we made them wait solong. The food was so good.
