There was an INCREDIBLY RUDE lady at the table behind us who was being so mean to the staff, but the staff was so so kind and... they handled it very professionally. This was my second time here in as many years. My burger was warm when it came out to me, but wasn't near as hot as I'd expect... if freshly grilled. My wife's burger was hot, so I suspect mine was an outlier. The flavor was really good, and as always thebottomless drinks and sides did not disappoint. The staff was good. I won't complain about them at all but the burgers were not very good. We ha a party of 7 and 3 of us had... pieces of bone in our burgers. It used to be alot better food, but it's not because of the staff. Very dissapointed. This usedto be our go to regular place on Saturday nights. Read more
Super awesome staff & manager. Their mobile order system was confusing, and they closed while I tried to place an order, but... their staff and mgr accommodated me beyond. So much so, It was over the top. I was very grateful! The food, although very good,became secondary. Can't say enough about that staff & manager! Read more
This place has incredible burgers! I really enjoyed the Southern Charm burger. I've heard it's best ordered without lettuce and... mayo. Definitely try the garlic fries! Read more
I came on an off hour and got to sit down right away. Their root beer was really good but the water had a bit of a sour taste... (like most restaurants). I ordered the scorpion burger with fries and it was really spicy. The fries were ok. I used some of theranch I got with the fries to tone down the spice a little. It was still good. I would recommend the scorpion burger to anyonewho can handle spice. If they can?t, I?d recommend the Royal Red Robin Burger. 5 stars for me, I?ll make sure to come hereagain. Read more
They seated us immediately. We had to wait for another person to join us... turned into an hour wait. The servers kept checking... in & "entertained" my kiddo a bit while we were waiting. The staff was so friendly. No one was upset that we made them wait solong. The food was so good. We had a pizza for an appetizer, burgers and chicken for the main meal and a rootbeer float fordessert. All of them were so good! Read more
