My wife and I stopped to get lunch, I tried the new bacon cheeseburger toaster comes with bacon, burger, cheese, bbq sauce... lettuce, tomato, and crispy fried onion rings. No onion rings on my sandwich I asked them about it, they said that they didn?thave onion rings when they made my sandwich so they didn?t put them on. After a little complaining that I didn?t get thesandwich I ordered they brought me a onion ring. So I had conversation with manager I think her name was Jessica she blamed herhelp saying the kids are not trained and if I don?t like it don?t ever come back to ?my restaurant ? way to throw your staffunder the bus. Disappointed visit. Ordered ahead on the app for the first time. Fries were limpy and warm at best. Ordered my sandwich with... onions, and got no onions. The cheese almost looked dried out like maybe someone ordered it then changed their mind and I gotit. Onions rings were nearly all crumbled. Read more
Drinks and ice cream were great. Tab bit of a wait but doesn't deter me from coming back.
First visit.. food was good. We decided to eat inside as too hot to eat in car. The small dining room was dirty with no cleaned... tables. We used the bathrooms which were extremely dirty. The towel dispenser in the men's was barely hanging on one screw plusit was empty. My wife went to use women's bathroom and didn't because it was disgusting and decided not to use it. Even thoughthe building is fairly new, it badly needs care and clean up. Read more
I decided to visit my cousin who works here and ordered a number 2 combo and a cheeseburger on the side and a chocolate shake... the food wasn't bad but it took awhile to get the food the fries were a tad salty. The price was very awesome and I'll go backto visit my cousin and get a shake again but food might be awhile !!! Read more
Terrible!!!!! I ordered from the App at 4:15pm and didn?t get my order until 5pm!!! 2 slushes and Tator tots shouldn?t take 45... minutes to make!! Sonic says to use the App because it?s faster-meanwhile everyone in the drive-thru are getting their orders. Ipaid $8 (I?m so stupid for giving a $2 tip!!!) for 2 half melted slushes (photos are how much slush we had left after pouringout all the melted liquid) and tots that were lukewarm!!! Never again! Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Only place I?ve seen that can mess up a drink order. Most times they staple the bag together to... make it harder to check your order. They have repeatedly can?t get it right. Bad Mngmt and just all around not ran very well atall. The drive thu is the only thing open due to training what a complete joke. Read more
