First, it's located inside a casino and a hassle to get to if you aren't in the casino to begin with. Second, the employees like... to hide in the back where they have no clue if there is a customer who wants a sandwich. Was not very happy with my sandwich. The guy seemed like he didn?t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich was an absolute... mess. Was very hard to eat. Not very happy. Employees were very snotty and rude when we stopped in for our lunch today. I asked for a steak and cheese protein bowl. There... is almost no cheese in it and the bowl is very sloppy. I couldn't even open it without getting ranch all over my hands. I askedfor a kids size (3in) turkey and they refused to do that as well. They also just had a huge attitude. Terrible. Shaquille didn't know what one of the meats behind the counter was. I asked him what it was and he straight up looked... me dead in the face and said idk. Then proceeded to take his sweet time sloppily putting our subs together. 10 out of 10 do notrecommend. Read more
After losing more than we wanted to at the casino, we were hungry, it was just about midnight. Subway was a minute away from us.... Said they closed at 12:30 am online. So I called just to make sure they were open. They answered "hello". I asked if I calledSubway. He said "yes". I asked if they were open. He said they close in 2 minutes so I said OK thank you and he hung up. Ithought it was very rude. I won't try to go there again because of this man's rudeness. Read more
I love this place but don?t visit often since it?s not close to me. I don?t get why this would get a bad review. It is just... really picky people I would say. The sandwich is really good. The price is good and the subs are pretty filling to me. I preferthis over jersey Mikes or any other normal sub eatery. Definitely recommend this place for the food and service definitely worthit. Tried getting a sub last night. Got in line behind 2 other people ordering. The guy looked at us and in an loud, irritated, and... rude demeanor said, "Really?! I'm trying to get stuff done." Then continued to mumble some more under his breath. We just leftas we could go elsewhere for food. Should probably get rid of that guy as he clearly doesn't want to be there anyway.
